The statue complete with its pedestal was sunk in the shallow waters near to the reef.

As underwater photography has improved and become easier over the years one location to visit has to be Molasses Reef. One of Key Largo's most admired and visited scuba diving sites this reef system is one of exceptional beauty and a must do dive for every person. Incredible marine life delivering lovely colors makes Molasses Reef one of the most photographed reefs in the world.
